Motorsports and a $100 Billion Return on Investment Possible

I will make this short and sweet. I have the ONE and ONLY Solution for

Clean Energy.

Every bit of information concerning a "green economy", clean energy,

renewable energy, alternative energy, etc.etc...is promoting MULTIPLE,

so-called solutions.

It's all hype. Everyone wants to have a piece of the (financial) pie,

while they are ignoring a REAL SOLUTION.

The last thing in the world that they want is a real solution

because, becuase it will not include them and they can't figure

out a way to get wealthy from it.

For many, many individuals and industries that have foolishly invested

their time, and money (or tax-payer money)

in "green" "eco" solutions, they will lose a lot of money.

There is no patent on my invention, and I do not have the

funds required to patent it on an international level.

The funding required in the past to have the product ready for

manufacturing was $89 Million (USD). That was before the U.S.

Government and the United Nations started talking

about pumping $$$Trillions of investment dollars into the

"Green Economy"....Therefore, the current price tag for

complete ownership of my invention is $500 Million (USD).

This is still an incredible deal, not only considering what "others"

intend to spend on Ineffective Plans, but the projected return on

investment on my invention will be in excess f $100 Billion.

If the investment funding is acquired during 2013, the completion date will be 2016.

Manufacturing will begin mid 2016, with the first product available for industry

and public use by late 2016.

Nascar Reality T.V. Show Can Still be a Reality

The obvious answer is when we get the necessary funding and a reasonable, long-term financial commitment. This F1 team must be capable of winning and this takes a lot of money, and Don Pentecost as driver.

Sponsorships might be available, but not for a blue-collar worker like myself...but I do have "collateral" if you read on...

The following budget is the final edition. It replaces all other budgets posted, and is very specific concerning the type of motorsports that we will be involved with.
Two of the big differences between our motorsport team, and any other team, is that we offer 1) An ethical alternative to future sponsor chasing efforts that will repay the original investor. Not naming any team in particular, or any type of racing in particular, but "sponsor chasing" can involve very lavish parties, providing women (or men) for company executives, etc.
We will offer an ethical (moral) alternative to sponsor chasing , with approximately 20% of the racing budget directed towards established, accountable non-profit charity groups.
2) As partial (or full) collateral, we offer my alternative-renewable energy invention which is already included in the budget, and should be manufacturing-ready for $8million USD. This invention could revolutionize the energy industry, especially for all types of transportation, household and industrial needs. The potential ROI could be in the range of 100+ Billion USD

2012-2017 Car Road Racing (Porsche 911 GT3) funding has not been established yet, but we are already planning for the future. If all goes as expected, we will be hiring for the following positions.

Figures on Pie Chart are listed in "Millions" General Overhead (Bldg. Lease 5 years, Tools, Equipment. Etc. is 23 Million USD, and so on.
One of the unique aspects of this motorsport budget is that rather than submitting a "business plan" on paper, I will present a 5 year (VERY DETAILED) budget that takes into account the small items that add up...right down to cleaning supplies and toilet paper !
Most business plans that I have seen aren't worth the paper that they are printed on. The owner has no real concept of the funding that is really required.

I need a 5 year sponsorship commitment up front, for the stability of the future team and for the commitment of the personnel involved. No one can put 100% into a team effort when the future (funding) is unstable.

A very unique aspect concerning the fundamental principles of the team is 1) That we actually promote (moral and ethical) principles in motorsports.
2) We do not promote "sponsor-chasing" using lavish, "wine and dine" parties and V.I.P. "perks".
If reported figures are correct, some Formula 1 teams have spent $80 Million USD or more for "sponsor-chasing"...and it's pretty much directed at whatever "vice" or weakness that the potential sponsor is involved in..We believe that the money can be better spent on reputable charities that have accountability.

The motorsport (car racing) budget for 2012-2017 is $89.9 Million USD.
The first 2 years will be spent in the start-up stage, and road racing. ( I would
prefer Porsche GT3, as being the most cost-effective vs. race results).
The road racing stage will be domestic (u.s.-based), and will also include transitioning
to Formula 1 (F-1), after the first 2 years.
This motorsport budget will include the primary team owner as sole proprietor.
The team owner will have the option of allowing additional sponsors-investors to "come
on board" , to off-set some of the costs, and/or completely pay for the team with (possible)
substantial return on investment.
Once the transition into Formula 1 is complete, the team will be the premier American Formula 1
effort (with a focus on winning, not just to qualify).

The team will have a unique, " racing with a purpose" focus. See ethical sponsor chasing listed above.
Primary, (and only) driver, Don Pentecost.
Extremely cost-effective budget management.
Proven team members without having a "cookie-cutter" mentality.
Funding is the deciding factor, not the individual ability of team members.
Individual ability only becomes a deciding factor when the funding is equal.

Possible Nascar Reality TV Show Needs Someone To Pitch The Concept Again

Never allow yourself to be brainwashed by the hidden (or not so hidden) agenda of athiests, radical islam, communists, pagan socialists, "new agers", and the common thread of all, a one-government world, and a one-religion world, who are trying to convince American citizens that our government was not formed by Christians.

Christians, and the freedom of religion was an obvious fact throughout American history, until recently, when the historical facts are being "changed" or eliminated to suit this modern pagan agenda.

A common principle that we cannot repeat often enough, is that if your Christianity is not Biblical Christianity, then it is not Christianity at all. ( and this doesn't mean a new modern, "politcally correct", altered version of the Bible ).

Concerning my desire for motorsport (car racing) sponsorship...sure, I would like to race cars, win, and use the opportunity for Christian ministry, but NEVER at a cost of compromise of the Christian faith. Too many so-called Christians will drive for anyone, or any company, as long as they get their racing bills paid...they will compromise anything, rather than leave racing and get a real job.
Never compromise the cross of Jesus, and the name of Jesus the Christ.

The priority of this motorsport team is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all areas of society, which includes the world of Formula 1 racing....This will be the objective, to be involved as a Formula 1 driver, and someone with a strong Christian witness who can help lead people to Jesus Christ on a global platform.
There are many elements involved in forming this team, but the call of God is already established.
If we need to use other forms of racing as a "stepping stone", either on a domestic or international level, then that will definitely be an option; Nascar (cars or trucks), Sprint Cars, Road Racing, Indy Racing...
I will say this as modestly as possible, but I have the genetics to be a world champion driver in any motorsport...the rest is all related to budget and personnel.
